thats not the point, its whether there is a way to fix the solution while keeping 60 fps

Try using the first line of the wide-screen as an at. Make sure 60 fps is gecko. Also make sure there isn't multiple bracketed things with the same name.

Well, widescreen and 60 fps aren't working for me at all.. So guess i'll have to deal with 30 fps and 4:3 ratio Sad

Here put this in your ini (right click, properties, edit config, delete everything, paste this.

Too complicated... i just had to keep pressed the B button when running the ROM then were prompted to select from 50 to 60hz then i went in 60fps. Don't understand all these codes that does not work for me either loll

That won't make the game go to 60 fps, it will just make it go to 30 fps. But still, 30 fps is better than the 25 fps you would get if you don't do that.
