I am able to host my own traversal server through netplay, friends are able to join it, and it plays okay. I cannot connect to anybody else's traversal however. I already allowed dolphin through window's firewall. I don't know what to do. I can connect to direct but not traversal.
Your router doesn't support the netplay's traversal system then. You have to manually port forward and select a listen port.

Okay, what do I have to manually port, and what is a listen port? I am on Windows 10 by the way.
Use google to figure out your router model and how to do that.
