The old Mayflash 2 port works fine when customizing it manually for me. It's the same as the button presses really.

Customizing it manually? What do you mean by that?
I click up on the controller config and up on my controller and it reads it.

That's what works for me, but the C-stick and main stick aren't recognized at all.
