Sorry, you probably won't find many people that care about a dev build that old. The most you can do is manually edit the hotkey config yourself.

A few months ago I installed Dolphin 5.0~rc-34 on my Ubuntu machine and got a bunch of State saves. I made a recent Windows installation and wish to load my games on Dolphin there, but I will need to install the same version so someone told me that version 4.0-6727 would work, and it did, so I was happy to find out that I could share state saves form my two machines, BUT.... his earlier version has teh bug I spoke about.

Load your savestate, make a normal save, transfer memcard file over.

i thought memcard saves were not compatible with other versions?
It's one of the few reasons we discourage savestate usage as the only form of saving.
