Launch dolphin and click on the "wiimote" tab. In the next screen under "Emulated Extension(s)," there is a drop down box. By default, mine was set at "none." Just change it to "nunchuck" and that's it.

I dont know why some people are still getting low fps.
Try this : download a dolphin revision lower then 4353. Then try it with directx without any hack applied. Note the fps,post it here if you want.Then run it with a projection hack applied. Note the fps. There should be a huge difference.
If you are getting 10 fps with projection hack applied,you should be getting 3 fps without it.
I was getting 7 fps now I am getting 20 fps...so if you get 2-3 fps without it in an area where you get 10 fps with it,then it just means your pc is too slow,you are getting the speedup its just your pc slowing you down
If there is no 300-400 % speedup,then something alse is wrong. Post your results and we will figure it out
I tried as you said with the 4352 and with the 4364 Orleans build, it didnt matter if using the hack or not, i still get 10 fps at hyrule field, i really dont think my pc is slow, so there might be another reason...
I think i stumbled to a solution, after hours trying to find a solution and finding myself in a dead end i notice that i was playing in the european version of zelda tp, then a few hours later i tried with the usa version and i got a speed boost, cant say if it works 100% in hyrule field because i had to start a new game.
Ill post later when i get the chance to get to faron woods at least (cant play at work atm) =/
