Hi there! Lately I've been playing Star Fox Adventures on Dolphin and it's been great, until now. You see, when I get to a certain stage of the game(and it only seems to occur at that one place and time), it freezes and I get loads of awkward warning messages popping up that say something along the lines of ''Invalid read from NumbersXXXX, PC = NumbersXXXX'' and ''Invalid write to NumbersXXXX, PC = NumbersXXXX'', picture down below.

When I press ''ok'' another one pops up and then another one, I get like atleast 40 of these different messages, after I've clicked away all of the warning messages one of two things happen. Either Dolphin just stops responding and gives me the option to close the program, or the game just freezes and all I can do is close the game. I've tried turning Panic Handlers of but that doesn't solve anything.

I'm using version 4.0-9327 of Dolphin emulator by the way.

If someone knows how to fix this issue and could help me, I would be very thankful.

Thanks in advance!
What is the MD5 of the game?
Right click on the game in Dolphin > Properties > Info tab > Calculate MD5

It is, afb0306454b581e37a62170fdfd1de09

sorry for the late reply.
Yep, that's a valid dump.

Can you test 4.0.2 and see if this happens there?

The thing is, the game only seems to crash at one point in the game which is fairly long into the game. I downloaded version 4.0.2 and it told me I couldn't load states from other versions, so to play it all over again to see if it still crashes would take some time. Also when I booted up the game I experienced some major audio delays and lags.

Is there a way to load states that are from other versions of Dolphin and if so, how would I fix the audio problems I noticed? Or do you think there's a way to fix the problem without using a different version of Dolphin?
Make a regular save file instead of using savestates, then you'll be able to load it in any version of Dolphin.
Using savestates may also be what's causing the issues in the dev build.
Wait a sec, savestates make things dicey here. Can you see if this error happens if you load from a regular save? (Loading your savestate, saving normally, then reloading normally will work)

Savestates aren't the most reliable thing and can introduce bugs.

If it happens when you reload a normal save, test 4.0.2 and see if it happens there

Unfortunately I can't use normal saves, the reason is because I couldn't manage to(or I didn't know rather) format a memory card so I just stuck with savestates instead.
