Yes most games fullspeed (But not all, some are just super slow)

get the 64 bit windows 7 and it will be even better

u sure cause i got 64 bit xp and it was super slow on everything and there's hardly any support for programs.

xp x64 is garbage lol, use win 7 for 64 bit

windows xp came out before dual core processors. windows 7 takes full advantage of dual core and uses better memory allocation, its optimized to run faster in general.
