Hey guys, for along time now, I personally have missed being able to play the Legend of Zelda games for NGC... I finally have found an Emulator I see capable of handling them... but my issue is... I am not seeing steady 29-30 FPS when playing unless I'm inside a building... If you guys can just focus 90%+ of your focus towards getting the emulator to be able to 100% play the Legend of Zelda games for NGC (Especially Wind Waker), I will donate $250 towards the development process of this emulator.
======================================================================================================================================================
Edit: I checked the compatibility list... you guys have Wind Waker listed as 'perfect emulation' but I'm not seeing that on my Alienware Desktop... I'm see more than just a 'few minor audio and visual' glitches...
P.S. Could you add an option so the audio and video aren't synced... Kinda like how it is for the N64 Emulator for PSP (I forget the name and I won't mention it for other reasons)
P.S.S. My profile has my laptop specs because I also use Dolphin on it and I dislike mentioning my custom specs for my heavily customized Alienware Desktop.
I'd suggest just spending that $250 (or slightly more) on building a proper PC. Your CPU (AMD A8-5550M) is very weak.
EDIT: to clarify, you're getting slowdowns because your hardware is not powerful enough. Developers can't magically make slow hardware perform better, sadly.
EDIT2: you are getting sound issues because you are not running at full speed.
To answer your PS, no, this will not be added. It used to be like that in the past, but it caused a lot of issues including hangs in WW.
EDIT3: Well, people cannot tell you if your hardware is capable of running it unless you mention your specs. And specs are not supposed to be private, are they?
Wind Waker already runs perfectly, your hardware just can not handle it. It is one of the first games to perfectly work on Dolphin, it was also the first game Dolphin was showcased with. I mean, Wind Waker, come on, everyone who has a GameCube should at least buy Wind Waker. Of course the development team wants it to run perfectly. But there is only so much an emulator can do for you when hardware is limited. In fact, every Mario platformer and Zelda game runs perfectly. The only exception would be the NES Zelda's (but why should you need Dolphin for those?). Twilight Princess also runs perfectly, but you would need the Hyrule Map Speed Patch to maintain playable speeds, but that is not a big issue.
Make sure you disable every graphical option you don't need. Try "Store EFB Copies to Texture Only" having enabled, have the "Texture Cache" set to Fast and disable Anti-Aliasing. Make sure you are using the latest development build, not the latest stable build (4.0.2, which is over 2 years old).
Buy a new PC (AMD is probably not the best for Dolphin) and then donate your $250 to the Dolphin team, as it already works perfectly

.
Rather than donate $250 towards the emulator, use that money to upgrade your rig. Dolphin is already miles ahead in terms of performance than what it used to be and there probably isn't much more that can be squeezed out.
Not only that but you're using an AMD apu. AMD cpus are very slow with Dolphin because of their low IPC.
Your best bet is to use that $250 and get a new cpu/mobo.

Here is a part's list for what you could buy to upgrade for $258.
The motherboard uses DDR3 so you can reuse that, and the GPU doesn't need a power plug so your PSU should be up to it.
It took me writing this post and checking your specs one last time to realize you're using a laptop.
Would you be fine with buying a better laptop? As it stands your laptop's CPU is too slow.
Edit: Oh I was ninja'd. But post your specs for your custom Alienware PC. That would probably be your best bet to run dolphin.
Hey, so if you have $250, for about $325-350 (depending on sales) you can build a skylake desktop that runs Dolphin as well as high end machines and functions just fine as an every day machine. If you're interested I can put together a parts list. It's pretty simple.
Everybody is right though, you're having issues because you
1. Have a very slow AMD CPU
2. have a very slow AMD GPU
3. AMD GPUs tend to not play nice with Dolphin in general
We cannot fix that.

I want to honor your offer, but money doesn't help us. We're a voluntary project, and the wanting tasks require man-power, not money. So just spend this money on any programming book, and have fun
By the way, did you choose the development builds? 4.0 is already two years old, and we had lots of progress in this two years.
Edit: Windwaker is a quite light game, it even runs fullspeed on ARM. So any mediocre CPU should be able to run it very fine. Any one, but those *very* crappy AMD APUs....
Wind Waker is actually fairly difficult to run in spots, very heavy with refraction effects when using EFB2RAM. Final Boss battle + some areas with streams of water that reflect the scene.
Why my tablet - Acer A1 840FHD (android 4.4.2) dont't support ? Add support for this device!

Nope.
Edit: Oh, sorry. I've just seen that you've copied this questions 4 times in lots of different forums. Seems like you really want this feature. So let me help you a bit: Still nope!
