If you're sure your motherboard is compatible with the processor you're buying then I'd say prioritize your CPU, but the CPU you're buying compared to the previous one is not a big upgrade. IMO SSDs are not neccesary, sure they speed things up a ton but I don't think it is needed for if you have a PC that boots an OS in 30 seconds or less. Nevertheless, if you are patient enough for a video game to load then I reccomend an HDD.
I think the SSD and hard drive is the most crucial thing for now, either way I'll just be installing the OS and some programs in the SSD
