Hi, I want to know if my laptop can run melee well.

Hardware: Toshiba Satellite L850-1UR
CPU: Intel Core i5 3230M 2.6Ghz
GPU: AMD Radeon 7670 HD Graphics
RAM: 4GB

Dolphin Version: 4.0-7840

That CPU is not very good, as it's a relatively old mobile CPU. Furthermore, that laptop is not a gaming laptop, so it will probably overheat. And the GPU is a HD 7670M (mobile GPU). You can have better for that price.

Thanks for the answer.
So what can I have for the same price (better cpu ?).
It's not a bad computer, it's just not great. If you haven't already bought it, I would recommend that you get this one. I didn't see it in amazon.fr, so you would have to look around for it

Brawl and Melee will should run fine. Netplay should also be fine.

SuperPilou

Thanks. I will check that later.
Try out Melee and Brawl on your computer before you try and upgrade
?????????????????

Melee takes peanuts to run. Jeez.

OP, just try running Melee. If you don't have overheating and thermal throttling issues you'll be fine most likely. Melee is very easy to emulate. With some stages in Brawl being easier. Just make sure you use the development version of Dolphin.
