Adreno 418 is not getting 3.2 conformance. Only the 430 will have support right now, regardless of hardware capabilities.

That in no way means the devices have the same features exposed. Adreno 300 devices are on the same driver revision but that doesn't mean they have the same feature level
Here. I can only get open gl 3.1 till googlensays otherwise apparently

Khronos still doesn't have ES 3.2 conformance tests, so nobody can actually claim they support ES 3.2. Nvidia does because they're cool. Also both N5X and N6P got Vulkan support with N preview 2.

Qualcomm's own site says only the 430 gets 3.2, regardless of Vulkan.
I'm just telling you what's in the N5X driver, also on that page you could see additional notes by Qualcomm: † Product is based on a published Khronos Specification, and is expected to pass the Khronos Conformance Testing Process when available.
