Dolphin, the GameCube and Wii emulator - Forums

Im trying to run legend of zelda Wind Waker and I always get massive frame drops. I researched the problem and found it to be the audio settings. I try switching it in both but nothing happens. Then I tried messing with the the .ini file and force it to run HSE from there, but it still didnt work.

Try the latest development release.

Tried that and says it was missing some type of file.
