Changing the memory card to Slot A did not work and I have windows update disabled so there are no pending updates
You might be missing something that Dolphin relies on that you don't have installed because Windows update is disabled.

I'll try installing every update (other than the ones that bug you to install windows 10) and see if that fixes it. Might take a while though
I really hope this isn't because of my netplay changes.....
