Hi, I never played emulators on any pc or laptop that I've even had, but I just bought the HP Star Wars edition and I would like to play GC and WII games to remember past glories. I know is not a powerful laptop, but is it capable to run games decently?

The specs are: Core i5-6200U, 6GB of RAM, Intel HD 520.

I really appreciate if you can guide me on this.
Any Intel Processor with a U at the end is NOT a good choice for Dolphin. They throttle, they have sub-par clock speeds most of the time, and are just not powerful enough. Especially in laptops, when the CPU will heat up extremely because of the high use of the IGP.

However, I have used dolphin on a laptop lesser then that, and it was somewhat managable. Graphics settings must be kept to a minimum. 1x IR, and you'll have to mess with the settings a bit to make some games run well. I'd personally recommend ANY laptop with a Dedicated GPU at all. It would be loads better with just that.
