Ok so here are my specs:

Operating System: Windows 7 64-bit Professional
Processor/CPU: Intel Core i5-2410M CPU @ 2.30 GHz, 4 CPU
Video Card/GPU: Intel HD Graphics Family
Memory/RAM: 4 GB (i don't know the brand)
Dolphin Revision Currently Using: 4.0.2 x86

I am trying to run Animal Crossing and am having stutters. I am fine with minimal graphic quality (as long as I can tell what is going on). I just want these stutters to stop.

[P.S. if you are going to ask me to change settings, tell me where to find them]

Internal Resolution: 1x Native (640x528)
Anti-Aliasing:None
Anisotropic Filtering: 1x
Ignore Format Changes is on
Accuracy is fast
External Frame Buffer is disabled
Fast Depth Calculation is on
Free Camera is on

Sorry if you're going to lash out at me for no reason, I'm new to GC emulation.
Use the latest Dolphin , not Dolphin 4.0.2 which was released 2 years ago
Also take a look at the laptop performance guide
https://dolphin-emu.org/docs/faq/#my-lap...-it-should
i5 2410M should have turbo boost up to 2.6GHz which is fine for Animal Crossing , demanding game won't run well
Use the latest devlopment build as admin89 said, or use a custom build known as Ishiiruka.

Now I get:

---------------------------
Warning
---------------------------
GPU: OGL ERROR: Need GL_ARB_uniform_buffer_object.
GPU: Does your video card support OpenGL 3.1?
---------------------------
OK
---------------------------

And then:

---------------------------
Warning
---------------------------
GPU: OGL ERROR: Need GL_ARB_sampler_objects.
GPU: Does your video card support OpenGL 3.3?
---------------------------
OK
---------------------------

And it crashes with a BEX64. I don't know what any of this means (I've heard of OpenGL though)
Change the backend to Direct3D in graphics settings.
