Yes. If you have Guitar Hero drums, connect them to your Wii Remote, then connect that Wii Remote to your computer the same way as when not using drums. If you have Rock Band drums (they use USB), please read https://dolphin-emu.org/blog/2016/01/26/...d-support/

Ok but do I need to setup any code in glovepie for the wii drums to work?

First, we don't support 3.5 anymore, please update.
Second, we don't know what OS you're using.
Third, if you aren't using a build that is years old, you should be able to sync your wii drums to Dolphin directly, eliminating the need for glovepie.

I have windows 10, I have the latest version of dolphin.

You are not supposed to use Glovepie for this.
