No, I am just using a clean wii iso dump, no mods or new textures.

All of games such as New super Mario bros wii, wii sports resort, super Mario Galaxy 1 and 2, Mario kart wii and Namco museum mega mix freeze. The wads don't freeze but run a bit laggy. I have not tested my GameCube games yet though.

Is anyone else having this problem? :/

I am glad to say that i got the emulator working again. I was checking random things in config and graphics seeing if it would fix it. I selected render to main window and the emulation was flawless (like it should be). Did not check all of my games yet, but if their is any problem I well post them.
