Dolphin, the GameCube and Wii emulator - Forums

Greetings,

First I want to thank @StrikerTC1 (This guy youtube channel: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pZ_eFgAfP8I) I learned of all this by accidentally finding his channel.



I am completely new to all of this. Therefore, apologies for any amateur questions.


I have three issues
(I may end up having more issues or concerns down the road, if I do, I will update OP) For now, these are it:


1) How do I get the game or dolphin (whichever is charge) to recognize my Xbox One Elite controller that I have wired into my laptop port? Currently I can't even play it since it does not recognize my controller.


2) How/where do I get the 2k or 4k texture of the game?


3) I am using the Ishiiruka - Dolphin 420 (beb4a2f)  

It does not want to load my SoulCalibur2 game directly into its program (so I can always launch the game from there) Instead, It's forcing me to click directly onto my SoulCalibur2 game executable in the download folder.  I downloaded the emulator from these forums, in this thread:  https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-un...om-version

i7 Skylake
Nvidia 960M 4gig ddr
USB 3.0 port
16gig ram
1TB solid state drive
4k resolution screen

What do you mean by your "SoulCalibur2 game executable"? Could you post a screenshot?

We don't support the Ishiiruka build. Post in the Ishiiruka thread for support.

Side thought: Now I'm confused. I thought he/she is the creator of dolphin. Thought this was the only one. Guess not. Can you please point me to which version of Dolphin plays Soul Calibur2 at 60 buttery smooth frames per second with no hiccups. Thanks
