You can check it on your own by downloading the latest development version of Dolphin, enabling OSD messages and loading the savestate.

What is OSD message?
Then i found this after download new version

To get OSD messages, enable the setting "On-Screen Display Messages" in Config > Interface.

To fix the DLL problem, follow the link at the top of https://dolphin-emu.org/download/ to get the runtime you need to install.

What happens when you open the savestate in the newest development version?

It's accurate as far as I know, but keep in mind that Dolphin can't tell you which of the versions between 4.0-2632 and 4.0-3331 you used. You will have to try different versions until you find one that works.
