Take a look
here and come back in 10 years after completion of:
Moving out of your parents house
Finding a suitable occupation
Applying for a Job
Failing Miserably 3 times
Finally, finding a job
Searching on Newegg for a suitable gaming Pc
Waiting for your products to arrive
Dieing of a heart attack from the excess anxiety of your wait

-_-' You really don't know the half of it. I'd like to keep my crappy laptop instead of buying a gaming PC. May not be able to play more than a handful of 3D games (Due to the laptop being even crappier than my computer), but it's better than shelling out like $500 for a PC that I might not even like.
But i'm updating my Direct X, to see if that's the problem. It turned out to be the problem last time I had Direct X problems..... I just came here for a second opinion, just in case that's not the problem.
EDIT: That's not the problem. Why does it keep saying that it can't do vertex declaration? I have no idea what that is and why it's trying to do it if it can't.
The MX series lack any shader support, also it doesn't support DX9. Both the DX9 and OpenGL plugins are out of the questions as your graphics card falls way below the
minimum requirements.
Seeing as you lack a decent graphics card, I'm willing to bet you don't have a very good processor either.
It doesn't matter how cheesy the game graphics look, whether or not they look dated. What matters is if your hardware meets the minimum requirements that are required to run Dolphin. We are talking about emulating a last generation and current generation system, not a system from yesteryear which can run acceptably on ancient hardware.
You need to upgrade or better yet buy or build a new system, there is no way around it and it is inevitable if you want to use Dolphin. Best solution is just to play on an actual Gamecube/Wii if you can not afford to upgrade your hardware right now.

If it comes down to not having sufficient pc parts.
Just upgrade your processor and Gpu
of course I'm assuming you will just need those parts.
list your specs

That's such an easy solution for someone who doesn't own the game (got the ISO from a friend who wasn't going to part with the game) and the game is not at a local blockbuster, and the closest Gamestop is devoid of Cubivore.
I'm unable to buy anything new for my computer unless it is a gamepad, because I lack money and my parents won't give me any.
I know nothing about processors except that's for speed, and my computer is relatively fast. D:
And what do you mean by MX?

I can't upgrade anything unless it's a free downloadable update.
And I did list my specs, what I could find of them. I don't know why the display window didn't have all the specs. :\ It did before.

I'm using XP.
Oh, and is it concerning that even though my comp met the minimum specs for Spore the game thought I didn't meet the minimum specs?
You are going to have to put dolphin on hold untill you can afford a better gpu.
You can Get a decent graphics card for roughly about $50.
Save a penny everyday, and try not to "Die from a heart attack"
