Dolphin, the GameCube and Wii emulator - Forums

Hello,

I've recently come across Dolphin and wanted to use it. After attempting to run the emulator on the pc 3 times i've still had no luck. I just downloaded Dolphin 4.0-9102 the latest version, extracted the files, and tried the start the application inside of the folders. Whenever i try too my pc just says "The program can't start because MSVCP140.dll is missing from your computer." and "... because VCRUNTIME140.dll is missing..."   Am i taking the wrong approach at starting the program? All feedback is appreciated.

Read the top of the downloads page. You need the Visual C++ 2015 runtimes installed.

Thanks for the help. Got it working now. I feel like such an idiot not reading the instructions above the downloads XD
