I want to play TP again, but I don't know what version to go with. I have fixed up my Dolphin Emu (Ishiiruka) and prepped it with texture pack, shaders and enhancments. Should I keep playing on Dolphin or go and buy the WiiU one? I already have the console.

Is there any features that makes the Wii U one more attractive?
Dolphin if you already own the game Big Grin
Both! Thats my plan. Smile
WiiU. The bloom offset kills image quality on dolphin.

Thats why you use the ar code to remove the default bloom and add your own in post processing. Wink

Nah I know this will kill the vibe in the game since bloom is a heavy part of it's artstyle. It is an option though.
Wii U . You might be able to play it on CEMU
Mario Kart 8 is playable if your CPU is overclocked Big Grin (half speed though)

That doesn't exist yet, though. Besides, you'll need to buy both a Dolphin-compatible version and the Wii U version in order to use it legally, and you'll also need a way to dump the Wii U disc...

Doesn't look too bad. Smile

If I had a Wii U, I'd probably play it on the Wii U instead. Dolphin's great, but it's not perfect....you'll get stutters and framedrops from time to time. There are enhancements other than graphics that also makes the Wii U version more compelling. They've revamped the soul-retrieving side quest so it's a lot less frustrating to complete. There's a new difficulty mode if you want the challenge. The use of the gamepad for Off-TV play or used as a map is also a nice perk that you wouldn't get playing it on Dolphin. Lastly, if you're into collecting Amiibos, the Wii U version includes the Link wolf amiibo. Wii U version for sure...if you don't mind slapping down 60 US bucks for it.
