Bleh, this is my day. =(

(Look, before, it was 113 posts, now it's still 113 !!! Angry )
Post counts have been disabled in Delfino Plaza :p We had a vote about this last year.

At any rate, I'm using C++ and SDL for my emulator. It's a nice, simple, portable solution. With the proper toolchains, I can compile it for ARM and MIPS architectures (specifically for my Raspberry Pi and Dingoo A320, with little to no code changes (input has to change for my Dingoo since it doesn't have a keyboard).

I have seen a few emulators written in Java. JNES is a popular NES emulator, but the best example of a Java for handheld/console emulation has to be JPCSP. It's farther along than the other C++ based PSP emulators, though that may change with time. Still, it runs well enough on Linux, and I don't know how the other PSP emulators are in terms of OS portability.
=P I've read the rules -- nothing about it. XP

So, can I flood here? >=)

(just kiddin', just don't hear this guy that has talked right now... He's crazy.)

Does anyone knows EXACTLY the frequency of the COSMAC VIP tone? Yes, yes, I know it's just a pesky tone, you can do it whatever you like... But I wanna be accurate(If you can say this like that XD). I've simulated the very very old computer's oscillator, and gave me 1,27kHz. But it's just a simulation, and there can be errors because of this... I don't have the right components.

Ok, if you all don't want to answer this one, here goes another less idiot.

I cannot find any explanation about how a plugin system in an emulator should work. Could you give me some lights of it?
(Oh, god, please I know the basics, but what I can't unsderstand is HOW the plugin COMMUNICATES with the emu through the shared library!!!
What?? The emulator turns the memory and states accessible to the plugin functions, then they send the results of processing onscreen?(If I understood, give me a YES, YOU F*** CHILD!!!! if not, give an OH, GOD. THE WORLD DOESN'T NEED THIS GUY. (And explain it, please <=) ))
Does Jnes use java?
...obviously. Java devs like to put a J in front of everything because they think it's important to tell the world that it was made with java.
I'm pretty sure that's because it's made by jabo...
No-one knows JList?
Haven't used Java in a long time and I don't care enough to look it up.
Last time I asked a question, I got tonnes of help. This time, only one person actually reacts to the question, and only to say they can't help. Really wishing I'd emailed myself the help sheet from college, rather than assuming I'd be able to find a simpler tutorial online.
You haven't asked any question about JList though. Obviously people won't care about your problems if you don't take the time to explain properly.
