Finally managed to get a game to load up on my s6. I can get Luigi's Mansion up but it tends to be buggy, invisible head. Or the performance really bad.

Is this a game I need a more powerful device for or has anyone managed to get it playable on the s6.

Advice on settings please?
is broken using ARMJIT but is full playable using CPU override a 0.25

work without bugs via cache interpreter but is very slow.

yes.
The invisible head is a known ARMJIT bug (or it was last I checked).

any idea whats the last working build without this bug in lugi mansion?

AFAIK this is because of fcmp. Just disable it with a FALLBACK_IF(1); inĀ https://github.com/dolphin-emu/dolphin/blob/master/Source/Core/Core/PowerPC/JitArm64/JitArm64_FloatingPoint.cpp#L210
