It sounds like your computer is missing something. Make sure you have all available windows updates installed, and run the DirectX web updater just to be sure also. Then check you GPU drivers to make sure they're up to date.
Where do I go to download DirectX web updater? Also getting a error from Dolphin that says couldn't add an image to the image list.
I don't see my issue in that link.

That would be because it isn't there, but the download for directx is.
I fixed the issue, was using an old Boomy folder, I just copied over the new one.
