Dolphin, the GameCube and Wii emulator - Forums

So, this is my first post on the forums, but I'm having a problem with Dolphin. Every single game I play has the framerate/speed at 10 or 11, and I have no idea what's causing it. Pic is my specs

I've never once had a problem with Dolphin until now. Help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

In the general config, make sure that Speed Limit is set to 100%.

Is your CPU being used at all ? Install realtemp to check CPU speed while running Dolphin

Yep, it's being used. The strange thing is, I can run other emulators with no issues at all.

Can you post the rest of your Dolphin config?
Also, why do you have an overclockable motherboard with a locked multiplier CPU?
