Because making a copy that your friend owns is SO not the same thing

But then again you're right, It's still illegal(sp?) to do so if you don't own the game.

If you don't own the console, it's illegal too. Emulation requires you to have console, you're trying to emulate. It's still bad that devs took masterkey.bin support away
