What version of OSX are you on?
There are known bugs in OSX drivers for Intel iGPUs, but they're being worked on. I'm not sure if this was one of them, but it probably is

I am on El Captian 10.11.3 also I get the same bug in Twilight Princess(Gamecube Version)

Yeah, definitely the driver bugs.
Either use BootCamp with Windows, or wait for the fix to be merged
