Dolphin can only boot files that are in its game list, not files that are in sd.raw.

Okay then, I'd boot Gecko for it to find the sd.RAW that will modify the Default ISO that I have set.
Sooo, wherein the Android directory for Dolphin should I put sd.RAW for Gecko to find it?
I would assume the same folder that gets one generated after initially using Dolphin which is dolphin-emu/Wii on mine.
About the ELF file, maybe you can boot a copy of the ELF file itself (super easy if it works),or if on the homebrew version, you'd have to set up the Wii menu and get the Homebrew Channel listed somehow, then use it to run the stored Gecko app.

Also,SmashBoards is back since a while ago thanks to the clever admin/s with the site on a backup copy after disabling the hacked admin account.

Alright. Well, in that I have the 8.4GB ISO on my 16GB (11GB) SHIELD, I can't transfer the ~2GB sd.RAW to the dolphin-emu folder.
To solve this I put the dolphin-emu in a separate 8GB MicroSD, and am currently transferring over the sd.RAW to that SD card. I have already set, in settings, to move my apps to the SD Card. But, still, I'm worried that Dolphin won't be able to find its files on the new SD card and it might not run.

UPDATE: Dolphin works fine, so I've got the sd.RAW in the right spot and I can boot up Gecko from the boot.ELF. My only problem now is that Gecko says the disc can't be read... I have a Dolphin.ini setting that says "Default ISO = /storage/emulated/0/ROMS/WII/Super Smash Bros. Brawl.iso"...
Doesn't that seem right? Should I put quotes around the directory or something so it finds the iso alright?
DefaultISO must be written without a space.

Thanks for the specific response. There's a space before the equals sign, so I assumed it would be symmetrical, so to speak.
So to clarify, the line would be:

Default ISO =//(directory)/

With no space after the =. Does the amount of slashes before the directory matter?
You should put a space around each side of the =, but don't put a space between Default and ISO. On my Windows system, it would be like DefaultISO = D:\GameCube games\somegame.iso but you will of course have to use a different directory.

I think the number of slashes before the directory matters, but I'll leave that question to someone else.

Nah, nevermind the whole DefaultISO thing, I put a space there by accident while typing in the forum.
But regardless, I took cues from the other lines in the .ini, and right now I have the directory pointing here:
//sdcard/ROMs/WII/Super Smash Bros.ISO
I'm pretty sure the shortcut "//sdcard/" puts you in /storage/emulated/0/, that's how it seems to be in the other lines within the .ini.
It now reads "DefaultISO = //sdcard/ROMs/WII/Super Smash Bros.ISO"

I'm going to re-inject the homebrew files into the SD card and get back in another post.
UPDATE: In order to do this I'll need to buy a microSD card with 32+ GB so this is on stalemate.
