You probably have something conflicting with all of those things you have installed. Try booting into safe mode and see if that works, as strange as the suggestion is.

In safe mode I am unable to start bluetooth... Also i've been able to use all my controllers with other programs such as Wiinusoft and my cronusmax as xbox 360 controllers... My computer is fine its just that Dolphin always freezes when I start a controller program, and simply wont use the controllers under gc config. even though it sees them under device list. Dolphin will make the wiimote vibrate just not use it
