I completed the game but I can't save clicking "a" button after congratulations screen ( "a" button runs perfectly during game )

Maybe your controller was disconnected because of inactivity? Try pressing Alt+F5. (In recent development versions of Dolphin, you can also reconnect by just pressing the A button.)

not runs but its ok, its possible import save of accomplished game, no problem ! Fatal Frame IV on dolphin runs perfecly applause to dolphin devs
