Dolphin, the GameCube and Wii emulator - Forums

I know it is a newbie question... But i searched a lot on the forum and I juste can't find how to do it.

I want to play Wii games Frame by Frame !!
I searched a lot on the forum, on dolphin itself and the only thing a discovered is that F10 pause the game... But I dunno how to to a Frame Advance when in pause Heh...

And can someone tell me how to record myself when in frame by frame to make it play at normal speed ?

I dunno a lot about dolphin but maybe it is important to say that I got the dolphin:

Dolphin SVN R 4318
I downloaded it on the forum...

to play frame by frame use frame stepping , but i don't know the hotkey to go to the next frame

When I activate it, it just freeze the game and i cannot "unfreeze" so I think it's bugging...
Plz answer me !
