Thanks for the advice. The reason I asked about the i7 6700K is because it's currently my dream machine. When I build a desktop in the future, I'm wanting to go for top-of-the-line so it'll last me several years and can play almost anything and do plenty of video editing. How would the Pentium G3258 OCed to 4.6 GHz compare to the i7 6700K at stock speed, and if the 6700K was overclocked in terms of performance in Dolphin? If I still went with SLI I'm sure I could disable it for Dolphin within the Nvidia Control Panel.

Edit Removed a line from my post as I just realized I repeated a statement from a previous post, sorry about that. I forgot I mentioned it. Angel
i7 6700k with turbo boost up to 4.2GHz is slightly faster than both i7 4790k @ 4.4GHz and G3258 @ 4.6GHz ]
You can see Anandtech Dolphin Benchmark in the attachment

No need to do that , Dolphin only recognize 1 GPU even if you enable SLI
Thanks for the information. It's not happening any time soon, but eventually, perhaps it will become a reality. Though by the time I'm able to do it they'll have even better components. I also wonder how well Dolphin will be doing at that point. Tongue
