I googled for a bit. It said I needed vc++ so that seemed to get rid of two errors. Then I found a link for openal32 also and I tried that..but it didn't work and made error 0xc000007b. I got nervous and did a system restore to before I put it on there so I'm back to those three error messages.
If you just found a link to OpenAL32.dll on a random site, that's probably your problem. OpenAL32.dll is supposed to be included with the Dolphin archive you downloaded, so make sure that you've extracted the entire archive, not just Dolphin.exe.
For the other two DLLs, use the installer that's linked to at the top of
https://dolphin-emu.org/download/. (Maybe that's what you did already)
Okay, so I got Dolphin to run (hurray!) and it is going a little faster, but I am still getting about only 70% when I play (I load mariokart double dash to test it).
