i've tried 60hz action replay of wiki dolphin

and dont work, still in 30fps

If it's running at 30fps instead of 25fps, the code is OK. Check your VPS instead of FPS in the Dolphin window, just in case. It should be 60.

Does everything work fine with this code?
Long time ago I used a code to get 60hz in my Code Veronica PAL, but it crashed every time I open the menu.

yes have reason, vps go 60, and fps 30

but is not posible see fps 60? what diference between vps and fps

This code doesn't make it run at 60FPS, it makes it run at 60Hz (which can be seen by the 60VPS)
