Hello,

this tablet computer is enough or not for to make work Dolphin ?

Cube T8 Android 5.1 processor: MT8735 cortex A53 quad core 64 bit 1.0ghz
gpu: Mali T-120 16 GO

or

Teclast P98 Android 5.0 processor: MTK 8752 64 bit octa core 1.7 ghz
gpu: mali T760 32GO

Sorry for my very bad english, i'm french...

Thank you :-)
Hmm, I would advise going for the P98. Make sure it uses the 64-bit version of android before you buy it, or the new builds won't work with it.

Ok, thank you.
Both are Mali so both will suck for Dolphin. Fair warning.

it will suck the battery level ?

No. Both of those tablets will probably have very bad performance in Dolphin, because Mali GPUs have weak drivers.

If you wanted to buy one of those tablets anyway, go ahead and do it, and let us know if the performance actually is good. But if you are looking to buy a tablet for Dolphin, do not buy either of those, because you will be disappointed.

In general, you should not expect a $100 tablet to do what a $700-1000 desktop PC still struggles to do.
