Dolphin 4.0, I can't seem to use Dolphin, I get this message. MSVCP140.DLL does not exist, please try re-installing.

You're not using 4.0 if you're getting that error. In the future, please include the exact version number when reporting problems, not just the first part of it.

What you need to do to fix the problem is download the 64-bit Visual C++ redistributable for Visual Studio 2015, as described on the top of the download page.

Thanks for the quick reply, I have loaded it and shall test it tomorow.
