anyone kind enough to upload 32bit version of atio6axx.dll from 9.3 driver

I can't since I no longer have my 32b windows installed, but you can do it yourself and then upload it for others
Uninstall your current catalyst, install 9.3, pick the file and reinstall your newest drivers. Should take 30min at worst.

I'm afraid my hardware starts working with 9.4

If it's because of the memory leak the 9.10 beta drivers sort it out
