Turns out the phone is actually 64-Bit. But AT&T included the 32-Bit O.S. Dang, I'll have to root it and get the 64-Bit on it. So the phone DOES meet the requirements. Yay!!! A 50$ phone can support Dolphin with the correct modifications! I can't wait!
(Now I kinda wish I didn't spend 47 hours playing TLOZ WW On the 32-Bit stuff... FAIL)
Are you certain? ZTEs listing of the phone says that it is. It has a pre-builf of Android 5.1 32-bit. I'm not going to argue with you since you are obviously much more... Informed about this stuff. I just saw that in a benchmark and ZTEs listing and on several websites saying it. I'm quite certain it is. I just need to install a 64-bit compatible version on Android. I will post Screenshots if I succeed. Thank you for the insight by the way.
Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 is ARMv7.
According to
the specs though… it's using a Snapdragon 410 8916 which
does support 64 bits, and it looks like it's ARMv8. However, you are unlikely to get good performance with a $50 phone…
Spec sheets for this phone are providing conflicting reports. PhoneArena says Snapdragon 410, GSMArena says Snapdragon 400.
It's irrelevant, though; if ZTE provided a 32-bit operating system, that's the end of the story. You can't just "upgrade" a phone to a 64-bit version of Android any more than you can just "upgrade" a phone to support OpenGL ES 3.0. For example, there are dozens of drivers that would have to be rewritten in order to support the phone's hardware in 64-bit mode. This is likely the reason no known device has had an OTA upgrade enable 64-bit applications.
The root community has accomplished some amazing things, but similarly, I've not heard of any community upgrades that enable 64-bit support. As for the ZTE Maven, it doesn't even currently have its own board on XDA-developers, and as far as I know doesn't even have a custom recovery available.
Looks like I have some BEGGING to do XD. No but in all seriousness is there no possible way? If not does anybosy know whaere I could add support for drivers? Maybe an edited stock Android 5.1 Firmware?
@helios747: Ah, I think you're correct. For $50, I shouldn't have expected it to fully support 64 bits.

No. Unless you can convince your manufacturer to release 64 bits drivers and a system with full 64 bits support (including userspace). And the drivers are probably closed source, so again, unless you work or know someone who works at the relevant companies, it won't happen. And even if you had the sources, I doubt it would get very far since working on drivers is not a trivial task by any means…
OK. I'll email AT&T and ZTE About it. I seriously doubt this now but it's a chance. Thank you all for your help. I really appreciate it!
