I keep getting this error message

to be honest i have no idea what to do ive tried redownloading it but to no avail nothing works. It also says that it cant find the path so what does that mean?

You extracted /all/ of the files from the archive, correct? (And those files listed do exist?)

what do you mean?

If you mean like when i downloaded dolphin and used 7 zip to extract everything then yes. All the files and everything are in the (dolphin-master-4.0-8542-x64) folder it created once extracted

If E:/ is your native drive then you extracted right in it's root which maybe protected a times, move the folder elsewhere,to tthe desktop or documents folder and try again.

it is in my e drive i will try transferring it to a different location to see if it works.

I transferred the files to the documents folder but when i looked in my documents folder there was a folder named Dolphin Emulator i opened it but it had folders Cache, Config, Dump, GameSettings, GC, Load, Logs, Maps, OpenCL, ScreenShots, Shaders, StateSaves, Themes, and Wii. But nothing was in these folders? is that the problem ? By the way it didn't work.

Can you post a screenshot of what your dolphin folder looks like?

And there's supposed to be a folder like that, yes. They become populated when Dolphin launches properly

It won't let me extract anything from that folder.
