If you still plan switching back to Intel, a Pentium G3258 (with a little OC on stock cooler) + a compatible mobo would crush your current AMD for most (if not all) games you may try to run on Dolphin, giving you full speed...

Thanks I will try these settings out to try and squeak a little more juice outta this pineapple, i got it going at 50-60 fps with over clocking by 12%. I will try and reduce that back down and play with these linked settings to see if i can get similar performance.
sound gets a little choppy with current settings but its livable.
