Hmm. Interesting GPU. I'm also running 10 on a couple different hardware configs, so I can try to reproduce this. Can you post your memcard file? Also, were you using savestates as well as normal saves?
In the meantime, did you get your GPU drivers from Apple's bootcamp setup? If so, you can try updating your GPU drivers from downloadcenter.intel.com and see if that fixes anything.

Just normal saves; I managed to get my save files back though, the only problem I have now is the glitchy map. The newer versions of dolphin crash on me when I load the games. I updated the gpu drivers through intel

If you want a working mini-map in older versions of Dolphin, set EFB Copies to RAM. This will make your performance worse, and is not needed for this game in recent development builds.
