Nice!

Ohh great news!
Seems this could fix some other problems with wiimotes too.
If devs needs some testing, I have some non tr wiimotes here.

Wiimotes don't matter much. What matters more is which Bluetooth adapters work with passthrough mode, because there are some adapters that semi-break or completely break when passed through.

Sure, Im following the PR, doesnt look as simple. And also not sure if devs could improve the current limitations of passthrough.
But maybe, we can get some ideas from pasthrough to improve normal connection too.

The current implementation is way worse than passthrough. It's amazing, once you try it, you'll never want to go back.

The limitations are probably hardware limitations, in which case there's not much I can do.
You just can't get some adapters to work properly.

Yes, probably some adapters wont work.
But, about the 3 controller limitations on some adapters, maybe something can be done.
libusb cant be running inside dolphin without install it? It will be easier to get more people using passthrough.
I have some BT adapters, once I read a little more, I´ll test and report.

JMC47 has ordered a Wii Bluetooth module and will try to use it. If it doesn't work with 4 Wiimotes, then that means there's something wrong with the implementation. Otherwise if it works perfectly, then it means it's an adapter limitation, which wouldn't be too surprising.
libusb is what Dolphin uses to communicate with USB devices. You don't have to install it. What you need to do, however, is (assuming you're running Windows) replace the default driver with a generic WinUSB driver with Zadig. This is very similar to what you already have to do to get the Wii U adapter working, and in fact, you can follow the same instructions up to a point.

Hi, thanks.
Im not sure how libusb works. Reading about zadig (looks like a libusb installer), it will replace the windows driver for the BT adapter? And wont change any other thing on usb devices? Also will kill other features of the BT adapter, like using headsets, etc?
