This only reduces the load on the GPU thread. So games that are bound by that would see an improvement. Yeah. Do note that people tested games that didn't see all that much of an improvement. As well as games that either broke or had severe graphical defects. I don't even want to think how weird Intel D3D12 drivers would be. Also, intel NUCs still run ULV processors. Which are still slow. You're forgetting that Dolphin runs other intensive threads too. I wouldn't base your build off of a very early backend that still need a lot of improvement.

There is a very capable $300 build floating around that runs everything we can throw at it. Don't penny pinch off of a very pre-mature backend (That may actually get slower when it's more complete and fixes bugs).
Do you remember anything about the $300 build name that I can search for?

Thanks - can't believe I missed this, fixed in 'v0.91' version on main post. Let me know if DSR still doesn't work.. I'll try to get a repro set up for this in a few days, haven't tried that at all..

Endless Ocean and 'Littlest Pet Shop' are now running again.

I'll let you know if I find any more probs.

Many thanks for your work  Smile

Great, thanks for confirming.

Yes - YMMV depending on the game. For Intel, I ran this today on a Broadwell laptop I have, and it ran ok. No correctness issues, and still faster overall, but some parts of the code were slower than expected, so hopefully the drivers will continue to get optimized. I'll post if this changes..

In terms of correctness, all reported issues I believe are fixed as of v0.90. It would definitely help if you, or anyone else who saw issues earlier, are able to confirm that the previous reports have/haven't been fixed. In the meanwhile, I'm going to move on to coding style cleanup if no one else reports any functional issues.

Alright, will test when I get off of work. Thanks. Smile
GOOD NEWS! With 4k dsr and SSAA enabled, I have had NO crashes thus far! Great job hdcmeta! Smile Still Have a lot to test, but so far so good man!

EDIT:Well....we got the resolution/fullscreen issue out of the way, but it seems per pixel lighting is still broke. Got a crash by enabling it.

Ok good -

Thanks for the crash dump. For the per-pixel lighting, did you enable/disable this while the game was already running? If so should be a pretty easy fix..

Yes. While playing I enabled it.

Annnnd unfortunatly I spoke too soon about not crashing with 4k dsr enabled. Crashing on launch in Fragile Dreams.

Oh and I wanted to add, if you feel it would benefit you, you can add me on skype.
I figure screensharing could help create and debug issues Live, as well as file sharing for instant access to crash dumps.
You don't have to, but if your interested feel free to message me.
Right now the best GPU to use or test this is any AMD from HD7770 with Crimsom Drivers. Supposedly AMD has the best DX12 drivers. Supposedly.

Anyways @hdcmeta yes, it's the 0.90 build the one that fixes all the issues i was having. I'll download 0.91 later Smile
