In Dolphin's main window, right click on the game then select Properties. Then in the Info tab, click on the Compute button (which is next to the MD5 checksum field).

We had this kind of issue with *very* outdated GPU drivers, may you double check they're fine?

I have a Macbook Pro, it's current version is OS X Yosemite. Do you think updating to Mac El Capitan would resolve this issue?

Your checksum doesn't match anything. Either you scrubbed the image, you compressed the image in Dolphin (Which scrubs it), or you have a bad image.
