I've used this version of Dolphin just a few days ago and it worked fine, but now I'm getting the following debug errors when running the game and Dolphin is the program that's currently focused: http://i.imgur.com/racMFiH.png
While these messages appear, the emulation speed is cut down to about 50%. If I press alt+tab and switch to any other program (even the emulator's main window will do) while the game's window runs in the background, the speed will go right back to 100% (but then it's unplayable unless I enable background input, which I would like not to do).

Every setting is set to default except I'm running on Direct3D. Dolphin is set to "high performance" on Catalyst Control Center, and my external GPU is selected in Dolphin, so there shouldn't be too major performance issues on default settings (and there aren't, whenever I switch the focused window).
