I get this whenever i get to a certain point in Brawl. I am currently running Gecko codes.
Try one of the more recent dev build.

Your profile says 4.2 x64. There is no build like that, so I'm guessing you mean 4.0.2 stable. That is not the latest build. The latest build is 4.0-8133, is that the build you have?

If you disable the Gecko codes, does the game run fine?
Post the name of the game and the MD5 of the file please. You may have a bad dump.

the game is Super Smash Bros Brawl and i don't know what MD5 is.
Not all Gecko Codes work with Dolphin's Gecko Code implementation. You can try using LLE audio (it's supposedly more accurate for a lot of cheat codes, which can prevent issues.)
