You have a laptop, judging by the "M" in your GeForce's model number. I suggest you follow the power plan part and part 2 (GPU performance) from the
laptop performance guide. Also, make sure your laptop is plugged in.
Config > general > framelimit set it to auto.
If you upgraded from an old version it can be set to a low limit IIRC.
