No offense, but your processor is quite poor so you likely won't see any further increase in performance on your system. A Pentium 4 just isn't ideal for CPU intensive emulation, it's the same thing with PCSX2 as with Dolphin.

I find it quite surprising you are saying that you are even getting the speed you are, considering I struggled to achieve half speed when I had my old AMD64 x 2 3800+ PC which is faster than a Pentium 4 processor. Heck even an Athlon XP is faster than a Pentium 4 except for the fact it lacks SSE2, the Netburst and HT technology in the Pentium 4 processors was nothing but a failure.

No crashes here on the DX9 plugin except when I try to switch to full screen or switch to windowed mode while playing a game.
erm im pretty sure daco is aware his cpu sucks ^^
Daco knows, he just wants to rise some heads at the fact of uncertainty.
Apparently his 8600 covers the cpu's faults Smile

i am
and i am also aware on how to run games full speed on my "crappy" cpu
let me tell you that if it would lower the load of the gpu thread i would notice Wink
wait how is your gpu making up for lost cpu power?
i took some screenshots just to show the performance difference using the hack
