I am not sure if I am posting this in the right place. Suffice to say Dolphin will not fully open on my PC. when I try to open it I get a couple pop ups stating That there is a Dolphin system error. It states "The program cant start because MSVCP140.dll is missing and also the program and cant start because VCRUNTIME140.dll is missing as well and to try reinstalling it."

I already tried to reinstall it and download the zip application and also downloaded vcredist_x64 and vcredist_x86....
where should I go to download the MSVCP140.dll and VCRUNTIME140.dll so that I can fix this problem with my computer to get Dolphin running?
